Microwave Heat Pack

The heat pack is designed to relieve aches and pains, muscle spasms and cramps as well as improve circulation.

The MiChiro Heat pack is a safe alternative to leaky hot water bottles. Heat is a wonderful modality for relieving pain, muscle spasms and cramps as well as improve circulation. It consists of an inner bag filled with sorghum that stays warm for a long period of time. The removable fabric cover is soft and comfortable and easy to clean. This product has a NAPPI code which can be used to claim from medical aids (terms and conditions apply).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Ensure the fabric is clean and dry before use. Ensure that the microwave is clean and that the turn table can rotate freely. Heat 90 to 120 seconds depending on the wattage of microwave. WARNING: Do not overheat, this product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Only reheat from room temperature. Dispose of when worn out or damaged.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CARE

Use only under adult supervision. Hand wash the heat bag (spot clean with a damp cloth), do not wash in a washing machine. The removable fabric cover is machine washable. Dry in the shade. Do not bleach or use chemicals. Do not wring. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.
